Along the way, winemaker Gus Gamba shares his organic farming methods and winemaking philosophies, and details the epic story of his family legacy of over six generations of wine grape growing. Enjoy rare and limited library wines as you stop to taste. Next, muse over the wines sampled from barrel to be released in the coming year with Gus & Paulette during your special VIP tasting in the cellar in the Gamba Estate barrel room.

Later that evening, join the Gamba Family to feast on epicurean delights from an amazing sumptuous meal prepared for you and your guests.
