The property also includes lovely gardens and a heated swimming pool as well as bicycles for guests to enjoy.
During your stay, explore the charming local villages and indulge in the extraordinary food and wine. Local sites include Brantome, one of the most beautiful small towns in all of France, Le Moulin de l'Abbaye, a nearby Michelin-starred restaurant, the historic Bourdeilles, and Puyguilhem Castles and the stunning 20,000-year-old cave paintings at Lascaux. Visit the beautiful medieval red-roofed town of Sarlat, drive to Bordeaux to see the wine country or go down to the Dordogne River for a canoe trip under castles Beynac and Castlenaud. Each day there is a local outdoor market to visit.
With American Estate Managers and a charming American friend who can be hired as a local tour guide and driver, you will be well taken care of in your French home away from home.
