Saturday evening’s Project Zin event is our preeminent food and wine event where guests will sample 21 of the most sought-after Zinfandels paired with tastings from Chefs Charlie Palmer, Reed Palmer (Folia Bar & Kitchen), Shane McAnnelly (Dry Creek Kitchen), as well as top Sonoma County chefs.
The evening includes an inspiring Live Auction and Silent Auction where guests will have the chance to obtain rare, once-in-a-lifetime wine, food lots and travel packages. All proceeds go to the Down Syndrome Connection Bay Area.
Guests will start the evening outside for our main taste-around-style event overlooking the beautiful Appellation Healdsburg grounds.
After enjoying an array of delicious savory dishes, beautifully paired Zinfandels and live music, guests will progress to The Grange at 7:45 pm for desserts and our Live Auction and Paddle Raise (and Zinfandel, of course!). It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy a sweet treat in the warmth of the beautiful Grange and raise some money for one of our favorite causes!
