Important Parking and Transportation Information

As we get ready for Project Zin, we want to share important transportation and parking details to help make your weekend as smooth as possible. For Saturday night’s Project Zin, we strongly encourage guests to pre-book a car or carpool to ensure less traffic, quicker arrivals, and more time to enjoy the evening.

Hotel Guests

Self-parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary valet parking is also available for all Project Zin Package guests throughout Project Zin weekend.
Upon arrival at Appellation Healdsburg, please see the valet parking attendant.
Due to the increased number of guests throughout Project Zin weekend, we encourage hotel guests to take advantage of our complimentary valet parking.
Valet staff will be happy to assist with your bags upon check-in.

Guest Parking

Complimentary valet and self-parking options will be available at Appellation Healdsburg.
Please note that self-parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once self-parking is full, only valet service will be available.
For self-parking, please follow directions from Propark staff upon arrival.
For valet service, please pull into the Appellation Healdsburg front drive. Once you’ve unloaded, please exit your vehicle promptly so our valet attendants can assist you and keep traffic flowing smoothly.

Ride-Share Drop Offs

From Healdsburg Avenue, follow Boxheart Drive toward Appellation Healdsburg. At the roundabout, turn right on Dovetail Lane. The designated ride-share drop-off area is located on the right.
Please use this location for all ride-share drop-offs and pick-ups (see map below).
Due to the size of the event, we highly recommend pre-booking a taxi for the evening and/or carpooling.
